Do I need an account to use Vocab Army?
No. Vocab Army does not use an account, registration or sign-in system. You can practise without creating an account.
Which levels and quiz directions are available?
The app offers A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 levels, with 500 words per level. You can practise from English to Turkish or from Turkish to English.
Does the app save my quiz history?
Quiz answers and results are processed during the current session. The app does not keep a permanent quiz history or send quiz results to a Vocab Army server.
How does spoken pronunciation work?
Vocab Army sends the question word to the text-to-speech service selected on your device. Some services work offline; others may use an internet connection. The app does not use your microphone.
If you cannot hear pronunciation, check your device’s media volume, selected text-to-speech engine and installed voices. The app’s sound effects setting does not affect word pronunciation.
Where are my language and sound preferences stored?
Your language and sound preferences are saved locally on your device. Depending on your settings, Android’s system backup may back up and restore these preferences.
What does the feedback feature send?
Feedback opens an external email app when you choose to use it. You decide whether to send the message. If you send it, we may receive your email address, display name and the content you include. Vocab Army does not automatically attach device information, quiz results or logs.
